Mae rhaglen CCFCF yn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc i gynnig cyfleoedd mewn chwaraeon, addysg a dysgu seiliedig ar waith, gan gynorthwyo pobl ifanc gyda gweithgareddau cadarnhaol o ddiddordeb iddyn nhw, tra'n ceisio dylanwadu arnynt i newid i ymddygiad er gwell.

None of my friends or family had Long Covid or knew much about it previously. Joining the group has helped me realise I’m not alone, and that there are other people sharing similar experiences. Finding out there are other people in my boat has really benefitted my mental health
The group have the opportunity to share their experiences, which are often similar, and they can learn from each other and know they are not alone. We try to create a safe place, a place where people can talk, and we hope this is where the magic of healing can start to take place
