Get involved

We work to make a world where there is good mental health for all – but we can’t do it without you.

You can get involved in our work – as an individual, a group, or an organisation. From running a marathon and showing your support with a green ribbon, to hosting a tea and talk, sharing your experience with our online community and supporting us during Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s something that everyone can do.

10 October was World Mental Health Day

On World Mental Health Day, we come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health was workplace mental health.

We are the home of Mental Health Awareness Week

We host the annual event every May where the whole of the UK comes together to highlight the importance of achieving good mental health. Each year, there is a key theme to drive focus on a particular mental health topic.

In 2024, Mental Health Awareness Week focused on the theme of movement - moving more for our mental health.
