Date: Mon 12th to Sun 18th May 2025
Take on this bucket list challenge whilst raising awareness and funds for mental health. The money you raise will help us deliver vital research and develop solutions to improve prevention and treatment for the 1 in 6 people affected by mental health problems every week.
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we're offering you a 50% discount on the registration fee making it just £35 to sign up (reduced from £70)!
We then ask that you commit to raising £395 in sponsorship for the Mental Health Foundation. We work with an amazing skydiving provider called Skyline which has locations at airfields across the country. Find your nearest airfield on the Skyline website.
Can't make it that week in May? You can skydive with Skyline at a location of your choice at any time - please check our skydiving event page for more information.

The skydive was petrifying and exhilarating all in one go! There were moments of pure terror, combined with sheer excitement and adrenaline. I don't think I could ever top that experience, but now I know that whenever I am floundering or thinking I can't do something - I will think back to the day when I threw myself out of a plane, and know that I can do anything if I put my mind to it.
