Daniel's story: relaxing in nature in my local park

Daniel is sixteen and lives in London. He shares his experience of connecting with nature in his local park when he's feeling stressed out.

He experienced disruption to his school work due to COVID-19 and was spending more time at home inside during lockdown. He speaks on how he took breaks by sitting in his local park and enjoying nature, and how this helped with his mental health:

It helps just being outside because it's fresh air, everything's relaxing. Just outside is probably the best place to be when they're stressed out.

Watch the video to hear more from Daniel and how he likes to spend his time in nature.
