We are the home of Mental Health Awareness Week
We host the annual event every May where the whole of the UK comes together to highlight the importance of achieving good mental health for all. Each year, there is a key theme to drive focus on a particular mental health topic.
This year, Mental Health Awareness Week will take place 13-19 May 2024, with the theme: 'Movement: Moving more for our mental health'.
