Our well-being and schools fundraising pack is aimed at providing young people with our 8 Top Tips for managing their well-being and mental health. We have also provided some fundraising ideas for schools to take part in, including our new initiative, ‘Wear it Green Day.’
The 8 Tips for Good Mental Health are a set of simple things we can include in our daily lives, each one has been shown to support good mental health and well-being. Delivered as part of our Peer Education Project, the 8 Tips for Good Mental Health are for every age group and are a great starting point for a whole-school mental health campaign.
There are lots of fantastic resources included in this free digital pack, and we hope you feel inspired to get creative at your school.
