Welcome to your Summer 2022 supporter update!

This edition is all about connections; how loneliness affects our mental health, and how we can strengthen our ties to help protect it.

Your support allows us to continue this vital work to bring people together and prevent mental ill health.

Highlights:

Research

Our Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 research delved deeper into the issue of loneliness; who it is affecting and how it relates to mental health.

Programmes

We spotlight two incredible programmes, Voices and Visibility Scotland and the Perthyn Project in Wales, supporting people from refugee/asylum seeking backgrounds in deepening connections to each other and their wider community.

MHF news

We saw people gather, share, and express themselves at the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival and have a dispatch from prize winner Eilidh Morris.

There's so many ways to get involved with our challenge events, and one of our brave skydivers, Steph shares her story.

It is only with your support that these wonderful updates are possible, and we can't wait to bring you more. Please donate today to continue this vital work.

If you've enjoyed reading TalkBack, please think about making a donation. Help us achieve good mental health for all.
