Cycle

Whether you see yourself as the new Sir Chris Hoy or have just about learned how not to fall off the bike, set yourself an exciting challenge with our cycling events.

Here at the Mental Health Foundation, we work towards creating a mentally healthier future for everyone. We can only do this with passionate fundraisers like you taking on a new challenge

It is well-known that exercise, like cycling, has countless positive impacts to your mental health and wellbeing. Exercise even helps play a part in preventing the development of mental health problems. Many people especially enjoy cycling as a way of combining exercise with nature, as it gets you up and out of the house and surrounded by gorgeous views and fresh air.

Below is a list of our active cycling events for you to explore. Take a look at what’s coming up in our charity events calendar.
