Mental health and well-being in a modern workplace

£45

With 45% of people saying they would speak to no-one at work about their mental health1, it's never been more important to start having these conversations and break down stigma.

On this CPD-certified course, suitable for professionals from any role in the public, private, or not-for-profit sectors, you will learn how to build personal strategies to improve your own mental health and well-being at work as well as supporting others.

Whether you are working in HR and want guidance on writing inclusive policies and procedures, a manager seeking guidance on how to balance compassion with the need for results or a team member wanting to contribute to a mentally-healthy workplace culture – there is something in this course for everyone.

This course draws on the expertise from across both the Mental Health Foundation and Mental Health at Work CIC, who have delivered mental health workshops to employees in over 62 countries across the globe. Organisations they have worked with include Nandos, UNICEF, KPMG, Starbucks, Philips and many more.

The short course will require a six hour commitment from learners. We suggest dedicating two hours per week over the course of three weeks, but with unlimited on-demand access, you have the flexibility to work through the course at the pace and on the schedule which suits you best.
