Metz joined the organisation in 2023 with over 15 years’ experience of HR in the not-for-profit sector including support and care, charities and most recently as the Head of People and Culture at Christian Action Housing Association.
Metz is passionate about workplace wellbeing and creating a genuinely progressive approach to mental health at work. Metz has experience in implementing new HR initiatives, significant organisational change and HR strategy.
Outside of work Metz is mum to three boys and likes to look after her mental health by listening to podcasts, exercising, going for long walks with her family and cooking healthy meals.
