The Mental Health Foundation responds to Commission for Equality in Mental Health call for evidence

The Mental Health Foundation has responded to a call for evidence issued by the Commission for Equality in Mental Health, hosted by the Centre for Mental Health.

The Commission is seeking evidence on ways to address the social, economic and political determinants of mental health; ensure equal access to mental health support; and improve quality and outcomes from mental health support.

Our response draws together the Foundation’s recent work, from our programmes and research, which focuses on tackling mental health inequalities and preventing problems from occurring or recurring in communities at higher risk of developing mental health problems.
