In Wave 4, in late May, 2 months in the lockdown we found that, in general, while the extent of coping well is improving among the population as a whole, it appears that certain groups are at greater risk of experiencing poor, and in some cases, deteriorating mental health.
In Wave 5, from 18 to 22 June, nearly three months on from initial UK lockdown, and with many restrictions on the public beginning to lift, we found that the mental health of the population was also starting to improve in a broad sense.
Face your fears and challenge yourself to walk barefoot over a bed of hot embers and support our vision of creating a mentally healthier future for everyone!
