Donate to this year's World Mental Health Day

Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues?

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

Mental health is one of the most important foundations for a healthy and long life. We want to build a society with good mental health where everybody can thrive.

Our work involves:

  • Researching, developing and advocating for new and more effective ways to support and protect good mental health.
  • Running national campaigns and providing everyone with evidence-backed advice and resources.
  • Partnering with organisations across the UK and taking the valuable lessons we’ve learned and sharing solutions that are proven to work.

By donating to us today you are helping us continue our vital work.

Thank you!
