UOK? is a free resource for post-16 educational settings. It was developed to address the need for peer support, to raise awareness and improve mental health outcomes in higher education and further education spaces.
The purpose of UOK? is to support students to develop agency in talking about their mental health with their peers. MHF worked with students to coproduce a wellbeing advocate toolkit and a collection of mental health workshops specifically designed to address mental health concerns raised by students.
We have resources available to download to deliver the programme in your educational setting.
