Steve has over 30 years senior management experience across the energy, telecommunications and facilities management sectors with a record of success in public policy formulation, strategy development, regulatory management, marketing and communications. Over the last 20 years he has focused on developing and embedding responsible and sustainable business principles at EDF Energy, Vodafone and ISS.
Steve's strong interest in mental health stems from his personal experience and from observing the lack of mental health prevention and good practice in workplaces.
Steve is a Trustee Board Member of the environmental charity Trees for Cities and Chair of the Foundation’s Fundraising and Communications Committee. He was previously Chair of Audit at Soha Housing.
Steve is currently studying for a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility at Oxford Brookes University.
