Jane joined the Mental Health Foundation in 2018 bringing significant experience of front-line service management and delivery within both CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) and the Education System.
At MHF Jane leads a team of experienced and passionate Programmes colleagues delivering innovative, evidence-based projects in community settings across England. As Associate Director of England, Jane identifies opportunities for the Programmes, Research and Policy teams to maximise impact through collaborative working.
Alongside Jane's work at MHF, she is an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor and continues to work in private practice with adults and couples. Jane has a particular interest in the impact of internalised shame on an individual's mental health and the wider role that shame can play within families and systems.
Away from work Jane enjoys reading, travelling, long walks and has recently started to learn swing dancing.
