Kirsten Morgan, Research Assistant
Kirsten began working for the Mental Health Foundation in September 2009. Her role involves the coordination of a range of research projects, and includes the recruitment of participants, development of research tools, data collection and analysis.
Kirsten works on the Learn 2b project based in Northampton, an adult learning initiative offering non-medical interventions in community settings. She also specialises in children and young people's mental health and the ways in which participatory and creative research methods can be used to help develop age appropriate mental health services.
She is currently studying for a BSc in International Studies and is particularly interested in how qualitative research methods can be used to explore the lived experience of mental illness across cultures.
